Who Are We?

Fairway Lodge owner Peter Trimble has been in the business of hospitality for 35 years with 15 years at Fairway Lodge helping people with their weddings, cocktail parties, functions and conferences.
Born and raised on Auckland's North Shore, Peter is a local, training as an apprentice chef at ATI and moving on to London in 1978 working in various restaurants including the 5 Star and Michelin Star Grosvenor House Hotel for 4 years before moving on to the Bahamas, Melbourne and finally back to Auckland as Head Chef for catering company Food Glorious Food.
